Overview

All products sold through Mastery Resells (masteryresells.com) are digital products delivered electronically. By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our products are 100% digital and are delivered instantly upon purchase. This includes but is not limited to:

•       Vendor link lists (cologne, shoes, hoodies, pods, jewelry, and all other categories)

•       Coaching programs and bundles (Lifetime Premium, Inner Circle)

•       Digital guides and educational resources

•       Any other downloadable or instantly accessible digital content

Because our digital products are made available to you immediately upon purchase, the information and access cannot be returned, reversed, or recalled. Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, the transaction is considered fulfilled.

No Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

•       Change of mind after purchase

•       Failure to read the product description before purchasing

•       Dissatisfaction with results based on personal effort or execution

•       Accidental purchases

•       Duplicate purchases

•       Technical issues on the customer's end (device, browser, internet connection)

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing from Mastery Resells, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to dispute it with full documentation of your purchase, product delivery confirmation, and your agreement to this policy at the time of checkout. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being permanently banned from our store and reported to relevant payment processors.
