PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview

This policy outlines the cancellation terms for all purchase options available through Mastery Resells, including one-time digital product purchases and any subscription-based or recurring access programs. By completing a purchase on masteryresells.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

One-Time Digital Product Purchases

All one-time purchases of digital products — including vendor link lists, digital guides, and standalone resources — are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Because access to the digital product is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, the purchase is considered fulfilled at the time of checkout. No cancellations, modifications, or reversals will be accepted after a one-time purchase is completed.

Subscription and Recurring Access Programs

For any subscription-based or recurring billing programs offered through Mastery Resells, the following cancellation terms apply:

•       You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly at Support@masteryresells.com.

•       Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle.

•       Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period. Access will not be extended beyond that date.

•       No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.

•       Cancellation requests submitted after a billing date has passed will take effect at the end of the next billing cycle.

Coaching Programs (Lifetime Premium & Inner Circle)

The Lifetime Premium and Inner Circle programs are sold as one-time purchases that grant permanent access. Because these are not subscription-based products, there is no ongoing billing and therefore no recurring cancellation option. These purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once access has been granted. Please review the full product description carefully before purchasing.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

To cancel an eligible subscription, contact our support team with the following information:

•       Your full name

•       The email address associated with your account

•       Your order number or subscription ID

•       A clear statement that you are requesting cancellation

Unauthorized or Unrecognized Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or do not recognize a charge from Mastery Resells, please contact us immediately at Support@masteryresells.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.

Your Agreement

By completing any purchase on masteryresells.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy in full. This policy is binding at the time of purchase and forms part of the terms of sale.
